Hello,
My name is Charlene Kelso- Lindsey and this is my 5th year in education. I have a BS degree in Biology from Knoxville College and my Teacher Certification from Fisk University. Prior to completing the teacher certification program, I did three years in the Army as a Medical Specialist.

The goals of this course will introduce students to the basic concepts of Earth Science. The course should provide students with a good foundation for building more knowledge of science at higher levels, specifically, chemistry, physics, and biology.
Grading: Grades will be based on the following: Class work/Homework Lab Quizzes and Tests Notebooks Grading scale: 100-93 = A 92-85 = B 84-75 = C 74-70 = D 69 & below = U
Make up Work: Knox County School policy allows students to make up missed work per how many days the student is absent.
Classroom Guidelines: Each year the students come up with their Class Constitution and those are the rules we abide by throughout the year.
